What is "no-fault" insurance?

The "no-fault" concept applies only to bodily injuries suffered by the drivers or passengers in a car accident. This means your insurance company will pay benefits to you as the driver, and to anyone else insured in your vehicle who doesn't have their own Ontario automobile policy, no matter who caused the accident. Injuries sustained in the other vehicle are paid for by their insurance
company.
